Terms of Use
The terms that govern use of this website
Last updated: July 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
Using the “OIKOS” website means you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Content & intellectual property
All content on the website (text, logos, photographs, design) is the intellectual property of OIKOS or its licensors and is protected by Greek and European law. Beyond what the next section expressly allows, reproduction, copying, or republication requires prior written permission.
3. Permitted use
You are welcome to browse the site, share links to it, and print or save extracts for personal, non-commercial use.
Not permitted: bulk copying or automated harvesting of the content (scraping), republishing our photographs or menu on another website or in print, using our material to train systems or for any commercial purpose, and removing our marks and branding.
4. Menu, prices & allergens
The menu on this website is for information only and is not a binding offer. Dishes, prices, and availability change with the season and the day’s market; what applies is the menu in the restaurant, where prices include VAT and all lawful charges.
Important for allergies: this website is not a complete allergen list, and dish descriptions do not name every ingredient. Because our kitchen uses shared equipment, we cannot guarantee the absence of traces. If you have an allergy or intolerance, please tell our staff before ordering — we will give you the information required under Regulation (EU) 1169/2011.
Alcohol is served to adults only.
5. Reservations
The website takes no online reservations. Every booking is made by phone or in person and is valid only once we have confirmed it. Please let us know in good time if you need to cancel or will be late; we hold your table for a reasonable period after the booked time.
6. Visitor responsibility
Visitors must use the website lawfully and in good faith, and must not attempt anything that disrupts its operation or harms others. You are liable for any damage caused by improper use.
7. External links
The website may contain links to third-party sites (e.g. Instagram, Google Maps). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
8. Limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for any damage arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by consumer protection legislation.
9. Complaints & dispute resolution
If something went wrong, please tell us first: oikoskeas@gmail.com or +30 22880 22507. Most matters are settled on the spot.
If no solution is found, you may turn to the Greek Consumer Ombudsman (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr) or another certified Alternative Dispute Resolution body.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of the business’s registered seat have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any more favourable provisions applying to consumers.
11. Changes & contact
We may amend these terms at any time; the current version shows the date at the top. Questions: oikoskeas@gmail.com.
